Howard County Housing Commission will be CLOSED on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in observance of Veterans Day.

Career Opportunities

  • Human Resources Manager – The HR Manager is responsible for the daily human resources functions of the Commission, including hiring and interviewing staff, overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll,  and leave, creating and revising human resources policies and procedures, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Manager will also be responsible for arranging for staff training and organizing office team building and employee engagement.
