Howard County Housing Commission is a partner with the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) and others in the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. Our collaboration periodically issues requests for proposals (RFPs) for property owners and developers seeking to provide affordable housing to low-income people and families in safe communities with access to high-performing public schools.
