The Howard County Housing Commission is updating its Administrative Plan, which provides the policies and procedures for operating the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). At the same time, the Commission is also updating its Five-Year Plan, which provides the goals and objectives of the HCVP program, and its Annual Plan, which gives an update to the Five-Year Plan.
All three plans can be viewed on this page and are available for viewing in hard copy at the Commission’s office at 9770 Patuxent Woods Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, MD 21046.
A hearing to take testimony from the public regarding the plans will be held on October 7, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the Commission’s office at 9770 Patuxent Woods Drive, Columbia, MD 21046.
